A few notes about the idy. shoppe.
SECURE SHOPPING:::: All transactions at the idy online shoppe are done via PayPal, which means that we can guarantee that we take all major credit cards, and PayPal guarantees your personal security. We run the shop this way so we don't actually have to get our hands dirty touching your money. PayPal takes your order, tells us what you bought, WE ship it out, then PayPal sends us your money. We don't ever see your credit card numbers here, and nobody besides PayPal will either. We don't trust our information to shady internet websites, and we don't want our fans to either! That's why we run it through a company we know we can trust! (And, you do NOT need an account to buy our stuff, look on the page you can go straight to ordering if you don't want an account) This store is run by the same kind folks that run the merch tables at an idy show, so if we screw up your shipment you can even yell at us in person at the next show!
CONTACTING US:::: We pretty much double or even triple check every order before it is shipped to make sure you get exactly what was ordered. In the event something's gone wrong and you want to cancel the order, let us know ASAP! But please note that we can only repay you in PayPal credits, you will have to take it up with PayPal to refund your card. If your shirt doesn't fit, or something just didn't ship right, your CD won't play, you need to make a return, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing SHOPPE at IDYMUSIC.com OR SHOPPE at BLACKSKYE.com we will try to get back to you within 24 hours to remedy the matter! (Unless the band is on tour, then please give us a little bit longer, as internet is hard to come by sometimes!)
SHIPPING::: Shipping will occur through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and be sent first class. (We're working on international shipping options at the moment, if you happen to be from Canada or the UK just email Shoppe AT idymusic.com & we'll try and work something out for the time being) You will receive your package within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. We will send you an email confirming the shipment of your package, and you can start hounding your local mail carrier after that! SHIPPING RATES break down to... An order of $9 or less ship for $3.50 An order of $20 - $9.01 ships for $5 An order of $50 - $20.01 ships for $8 An order of $100 - $50.01 ships for $11 Any order over $100 we will ship for FREE & send you many e-hugs & kisses!
